Procurement Analyst (LATAM) Job Description

At Mr Jeff, we're revolutionizing the way customers access everyday services, online to offline. As a Procurement Analyst (LATAM), you'll play a crucial role in developing and validating suppliers throughout the strategic sourcing process, ensuring the best quality of service and compliance in each country we operate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage provision strategies for goods and services supplied
  • Negotiate prices and rebates, aligned to Mr Jeff's guidelines
  • Generate empathy and motivate suppliers with the Mr Jeff project
  • Manage the setup process for each model from a supply chain perspective
  • Identify quality products at competitive prices
  • Be clear about the action protocol for incidents
  • Maintain a registration of all contracts and suppliers with appropriate details
  • Track entrepreneur orders through established tools
Requirements:
  • Background: +3 years of previous experience as a Procurement Analyst or similar position
  • Knowledge of purchasing processes
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields
  • Management: No experience in management is required
  • Languages: Fluent in English. Portuguese is nice to have
  • Tooling: Previous experience using Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, and supply chain software
  • Knowledge in lean process or continuous improvement process
