Key Responsibilities- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell Google Ads services.
- Create, maintain, and update a comprehensive database of customers with accurate information.
- Consolidate existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Record call history and customer interactions in detail.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers to address their needs and concerns.
- Monitor competitors' offerings and develop strategic selling approaches to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Native Arabic language proficiency with fluent English skills.
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achievement.
- Familiarity with CRM software and its applications in sales environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on business acumen.
- Able to thrive in a goal-driven environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
