Strategic Leader for Renew Solutions and Digital Transformation

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Renew Solutions and Digital Transformation. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Renew Solutions business, which includes Sourcing, Remanufacturing, Financing, and Remarketing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement a Comprehensive Renew Solutions Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive Renew Solutions E2E strategy aligned with the organization's overall vision and goals, emphasizing sustainability as a core principle.
- Drive Alignment with GBU and GTM Strategies
Drive alignment with the Global Business Unit (GBU) and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and build partnerships to ensure thorough execution.
- Provide Strategic Guidance on Mergers and Acquisitions
Provide strategic guidance in merger and acquisition activities related to Renew Solutions.
- Contribute to Long-Term Business Planning
Contribute to developing the organization's long-term business plans, incorporating refurbishment and remanufacturing strategies, digital transformation initiatives, and circularity goals.
- Lead Digital Transformation Efforts
Lead digital transformation efforts, leveraging digital technologies to enhance sustainability practices, operational efficiency, data analytics, and customer experience.
- Develop a Comprehensive Communication Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy and plan to engage internal and external stakeholders regarding refurbishment and remanufacturing initiatives, emphasizing sustainability.
- Formulate and Integrate the CoE Organization
Formulate and integrate the Center of Excellence (CoE) organization, structure, teams, and processes seamlessly within the Renew Solutions Organization.
- Contribute to Overall Corporate Strategy
Serve as an influential member of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall corporate strategy, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and environmental stewardship.
Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Operations Management
Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- 10+ Years of Experience in Refurbishment and Remanufacturing
10+ years of experience in refurbishment and remanufacturing, ideally within the electronics industry.
- Strong Understanding of Digital Technologies
Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in process optimization.
- Excellent Project Management Skills
Excellent project management skills with a strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Exceptional Executive Presence
Exceptional executive presence, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
