Digital Oncology Product Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Oncology Product Lead to drive the growth and commercialization of our Digital Pathology portfolio in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a local strategy for the commercialization of our digital pathology solutions, as well as creating and implementing marketing plans and tactics.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis and Strategy
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs and the competitive landscape of digital pathology solutions in the Spanish healthcare space.
- Develop a local strategy for the commercialization of our digital pathology portfolio, aligning with global marketing plans and regional commercial priorities.
- Product Mastery and Communication
- Develop a thorough understanding of product features, clinical applications, and competitive advantages.
- Communicate product knowledge to internal stakeholders, including sales teams and key opinion leaders.
- Marketing and Sales Support
- Develop and execute marketing plans and tactics to promote our digital pathology solutions in Spain.
- Provide sales support, including product training and technical assistance.
- Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance for our digital pathology solutions in Spain.
- Collaborate with quality and registration departments to maintain standards and regulatory compliance.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in digital pathology solutions.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.
- Experience and Skills
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales, with a focus on digital solutions.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and business models.
- Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as pathology, digital solutions, or a related field.
- Language and Communication
- Fluency in Spanish and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Personal Qualities
- Proactive and reliable, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
