About the Role

Cementos Molins is a leading company in the construction sector, with a rich history of innovation and sustainability. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping our technological landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement an Effective Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Align with business objectives and drive digital transformation.
  • Blueprint Design and Implementation: Design and oversee the implementation of a scalable and efficient EA blueprint that meets current and future business needs.
  • Technology Evaluation and Selection: Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and solutions to optimize our technology landscape.
  • Standardization: Define and maintain EA standards, principles, and guidelines to ensure consistency and coherence across the IT landscape.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: +5 years of experience in enterprise architecture with a proven track record of successful project implementations and minimum 10 years working in IT and technology role.
  • Strong Understanding of Business Processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business strategies.
  • Proficiency in Architectural Modeling and project management skills.
  • Experience with Cloud-Based Architectures, Enterprise-Level Applications, and Integration Technologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in leader solutions like SAP S/4 full suite, Oracle, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, and ability to evaluate industry-specific solutions with a deep understanding of architecture principles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, to mitigate risks and drive resolution of issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex issues, evaluate complex technical requirements, constraints, and provide effective solutions.
  • Competencies: Responsible, proactive, dynamic person, with great work capacity, organization, who pays attention to details. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and technological advancements to maintain a fresh and innovative digital strategy.
  • Advanced English Level.
