Cementos Molins is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technological landscape and driving innovation across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an effective enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable and efficient EA blueprint that meets current and future business needs, based on technology solutions that support business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation.
- Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and solutions.
- Define and maintain the EA standards, principles, and guidelines.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- +5 years of experience in enterprise architecture with a proven track record of successful project implementations and minimum 10 years working in IT and technology role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Proficiency in architectural modeling.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
- Experience with cloud-based architectures, enterprise-level applications, and integration technologies.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in leader solutions like SAP S/4 full suite, Oracle, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, ability to evaluate industry-specific solutions with a deep understanding of architecture principles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, to mitigate risks and drive resolution of issues.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex issues, evaluate complex technical requirements, constraints, and provide effective solutions.
