Cementos Molins busca un Enterprise Architect para liderar la transformación digital de nuestra empresa. El candidato seleccionado será responsable de desarrollar y implementar una estrategia de arquitectura empresarial que se alinee con los objetivos de la empresa.

Entre las responsabilidades del candidato se encuentran:

  • Estrategia Arquitectónica: Desarrollar e implementar una estrategia de arquitectura empresarial efectiva que se alinee con los objetivos de la empresa.
  • Diseño y Implementación del Blueprint: Diseñar y supervisar la implementación de un blueprint de arquitectura empresarial escalable y eficiente que satisfaga las necesidades actuales y futuras de la empresa.
  • Evaluación y Selección de Tecnologías: Evaluar y recomendar tecnologías, herramientas y soluciones que apoyen el crecimiento de la empresa, la eficiencia operativa y la innovación.
  • Estandarización: Definir y mantener los estándares, principios y directrices de la arquitectura empresarial, asegurando que los proyectos se alineen con estos estándares para mantener la consistencia y coherencia en el paisaje de TI.

Se requiere:

  • Formación: Licenciatura o Maestría en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería en Informática o campo relacionado.
  • Experiencia: +5 años de experiencia en arquitectura empresarial con un historial probado de implementaciones de proyectos exitosos y mínimo 10 años de experiencia en roles de TI y tecnología.
  • Comprensión de procesos empresariales: Fuerte comprensión de los procesos empresariales y capacidad para alinear las soluciones tecnológicas con las estrategias de la empresa.
  • Proficiencia en modelado arquitectónico: Proficiencia en modelado arquitectónico.
  • Habilidades de gestión de proyectos: Habilidades de gestión de proyectos con capacidad para priorizar y ejecutar múltiples iniciativas.
  • Experiencia con arquitecturas basadas en la nube, aplicaciones de nivel empresarial y tecnologías de integración: Experiencia con arquitecturas basadas en la nube, aplicaciones de nivel empresarial y tecnologías de integración.
  • Competencias técnicas: Fuerte experticia en soluciones líderes como SAP S/4 full suite, Oracle, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, capacidad para evaluar soluciones específicas de la industria con una comprensión profunda de los principios de la arquitectura.
  • Habilidades de comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para transmitir conceptos técnicos complejos a stakeholders no técnicos.
  • Liderazgo: Habilidades de liderazgo probadas, para mitigar riesgos y impulsar la resolución de problemas.
  • Razonamiento analítico: Fuerte razonamiento analítico y habilidades de resolución de problemas, con capacidad para abordar problemas complejos, evaluar requisitos técnicos complejos, restricciones y proporcionar soluciones efectivas.
  • Competencias: Persona responsable, proactiva, dinámica, con gran capacidad de trabajo, organización, que presta atención a los detalles. Capacidad para prosperar en un entorno rápido y dinámico, adaptándose a cambios en las condiciones del mercado y avances tecnológicos para mantener una estrategia digital fresca e innovadora.
