Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Danfoss. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing direct technical support to internal and external customers regarding product/application information, product selection, and special quotations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare timely and accurate technical quotations based on customer requirements, as well as proactive offerings of value-added alternates/solutions for the customer.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams like sales, engineering, purchasing, and operations teams during the process.
  • Develop and continuously improve the bid processes and tools.
  • Evaluate proposals to ensure they are technically accurate and consistent with the organization's quality standards.
  • Analyze feedback from clients and prospects on submitted bids and tenders to continuously improve our processes and offerings.
  • Responsible for the duly transfer of documentation to Project team after award.
  • Provide feedback to product management team on highly requested special features.
  • Visit customers on demand for technical support to commercial team (Sales).
  • Collaborate in project management.
Requirements
  • 5 years experience at least.
  • Knowledge of the pump, water, electric, or related industry.
  • French and English languages are highly appreciated; Spanish is a must.
  • Ability to navigate in a matrix and multicultural organization.
