Area Sales Manager (Pharma) Job Opportunity

Page Executive is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Medical Sales Representative team within the assigned region.

Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and meeting business objectives. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, motivating and supporting their professional growth. You will also analyze business data to inform strategic decisions and report key insights to upper management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Medical Sales Representatives to achieve sales, profitability, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
  • Ensure outstanding customer experiences while meeting business objectives.
  • Analyze business data to drive strategic actions and report required business insights.
  • Implement tailored development plans to support the professional growth of team members.
  • Act as a change agent within the team, promoting a modern and omnichannel medical sales approach.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree in health sciences or business administration.
  • Proven experience in coaching commercial teams within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership, influence, and change management skills.
  • Business, results, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and planning abilities.
  • Positive, transformative mindset with strong empathy and assertiveness.
  • Teamwork-oriented, with good command of English.
