We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Applications Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients in the healthcare sector.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business objectives, and delivering tailored solutions that drive results. This will involve working closely with our clients to identify their needs, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the healthcare sector.
    • Understand client business objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive results.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or life sciences.
    • PhD or MD in a relevant field is highly valued.
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing within the healthcare industry.
    • Experience in Autoimmunity is highly desirable.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Comprehensive knowledge of life sciences, including Immunology.
    • Fluent English language skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Travel Requirements
    • Up to 30% of time may be spent traveling to meet with clients and attend industry events.
