About the Role

Talent Search People is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies in the Great West of France region, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and analyzing the territory and market to identify development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement sales strategies in the Great West of France region
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets
  • Analyze the territory and market to identify development opportunities
  • Organize sales activities autonomously, including prospecting, demonstrations, negotiations, and visits
  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers
  • Be responsible for the proper management of our CRM
  • Collaborate effectively with the team and other departments
Requirements
  • Track record of success in B2B sales or in the trucking industry
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions and supply chain
  • Native language is French, with an advanced level of Spanish and/or English
  • Strong ability to create own pipeline and prospect
  • Expert in commercial negotiation and 100% results-oriented
  • Autonomous, positive, and energetic, with a strong team spirit
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • Proficient with digital tools (Teams, Salesforce) and the Office package
