### Job Title: Training Manager, Transcatheter Mitral Therapies

### Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to lead our European Internal Training Program for Transcatheter Mitral Therapies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering best-in-class training programs to support the growth and development of our internal team members.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy to increase competencies in technical content for internal team members
* Continuously assess trainees and team members' competencies and adapt delivery to achieve training standards and outcomes
* Establish and maintain training project timelines and drive communication to stakeholders
* Objectively measure the effectiveness of educational tools, resources, and programs and lead the implementation of improvements
* Support training content creation and review, ensuring documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience
* Manage new product launches and ensure readiness in all internal training aspects

### Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a health-related area, with 8 years' experience in the healthcare industry required
* Cardiology/Structural Heart expertise and experience
* Imaging - Echocardiography knowledge is a plus
