RINA is currently recruiting for a professional to join its office in Spain within the Certification Europe Region Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Review:

Ensure customer management system documents comply with standards and regulations.

Audit Participation:

Participate in and conduct audits, evaluating the implementation of management systems.

Audit Result Definition:

Identify and define audit results, including positive and negative findings.

Technical Review:

Carry out a technical review of audit files, providing insights for certification decisions.

Skill Maintenance:

Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of customer data and audit information.

Customer Focus:

Demonstrate a strong customer focus, understanding and responding to customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in auditing or a related field.
  • Auditor certification for relevant standards is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of non-food certification standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Good English proficiency.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
