About N26
At N26, we're looking for a skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to drive our total rewards initiatives as we enter the next phase of business growth. This role reports directly to the Head of Reward.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how we reward our people at N26. You will be responsible for developing compensation strategies that balance employee needs with company goals. Our ideal candidate has experience in managing compensation cycles, analyzing fixed and variable compensation systems, and optimizing processes in compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage compensation cycles and analyze data to inform strategic decisions
- Benchmark analyses, job gradings, or job catalogs to ensure competitive salaries
- Analyze and develop fixed and variable compensation systems to meet employee and business needs
- Design and implement all compensation issues across the organization
- Work closely with leadership to maintain and manage our ESOP scheme, driving one of the most competitive allocations in the market
Requirements:
- At least 4 years in a Rewards role within a growing organization
- Experience developing rewards mechanisms from scratch
- Management of company equity / ESOP plan
- Understanding of Remuneration Regulatory environment
- Systems knowledge, particularly process efficiencies and data accuracy
- Collaborative approach, supporting projects and stakeholders with day-to-day data requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
