**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner with Global Engineering stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop technology solutions to address them.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external collaborators to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with the functional leadership and collaborators to drive strategy and achieve business results.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the business function on technology-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 10+ years of experience as a strategic IT Business Partner with a strong track record of success.
- Experience with manufacturing and supporting product and process engineering organizations.
- Experience with product lifecycle management and integrations with R&D, maintenance, and operations functions.
- Experience with document management systems and controls.
- Basic understanding of Capex planning and management processes.
- Experience with vendor management.
- Knowledge of SDLC, application lifecycle management, software licensing, and cloud applications in engineering.
- Proficiency in project management basics and change management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, influence, and partner with collaborators at all levels.
