About the Role

Pandora is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Trainee to join our Legal Counsel Team in Madrid. As a Legal Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our business by providing timely advice on multiple areas to ensure commercial and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Legal Manager with the preparation of legal documents for stakeholders and suppliers
  • Assist Customer Relations in reviewing responses to customer complaints
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to handle customer complaints
  • Review local legislation and regulatory frameworks
  • Prepare corporate resolutions and related matters with the Notary and Commercial Registry
  • Cooperate with the Marketing team in reviewing commercial campaign communications
  • Handle administrative and financial department tasks, including document tracking and record-keeping
  • Learn how to manage external counsels and other legal agents
Requirements
  • Currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Laws, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work in a versatile and adaptive team environment
  • Positive attitude and detail-oriented approach to tasks
  • Portuguese language skills (ideally)
