Job Title:
Legal Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Legal Trainee to join our team at TMF Group. As a Legal Trainee, you will assist with the corporate maintenance of client companies, updating and preparing official documents, and providing administrative support to our Legal Account Managers and Legal Officers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the incorporation of companies and/or shelf companies
  • Preparing and filing all forms to comply/communicate with local authorities regarding corporate/tax information
  • Updating Minutes Book, Shareholders Register, and Compliance forms
  • Conducting administrative tasks, such as preparing cover letters and courier arrangements
  • Going to notary offices, banks, and different authorities' offices to collect and submit documents and forms

Requirements:

  • Currently studying a Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Law or Corporate Law
  • Availability to sign an Internship agreement with the university
  • Availability full time for at least 6 months
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Spanish
  • Medium-advanced level in English
  • Proficiency in the MS Office package
  • Strong team-playing skills
  • Quick-learning and flexibility towards changing environments
  • Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment
