Join Our Team as a Legal Trainee

At Tmf Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Trainee to join our team. As a Legal Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, assisting our clients with corporate maintenance, document preparation, and compliance tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with corporate maintenance, including updating and preparing official documents, such as deeds, contracts, minutes, certificates, and tax registrations.
  • Support with the incorporation of companies and/or shelf companies, including invoicing, handing over of companies' files, compliance process, and banking set-ups.
  • Establish, maintain, process, and update files, records, certificates, and/or other documents.
  • Prepare and file all forms to comply/communicate with local authorities the corporate/tax information.
  • Update Minutes Book, Shareholders Register, and Compliance forms.
  • Keep the compliance files of the clients of the team duly updated.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing cover letters, final letters, and courier arrangements.
  • Carry out out-of-office tasks, such as going to notary offices, banks, and different authorities offices to collect and submit documents and all kinds of forms.
Requirements
  • Currently studying a University's Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Law or Corporate Law.
  • Availability to sign an Internship agreement with university.
  • Availability full time for at least 6 months.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Spanish.
  • Medium-advanced level in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office package.
  • Strong team-playing skills.
  • Quick-learning and flexibility towards changing environments.
  • Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment.
