About the Role

Pandora, the world's largest jewelry brand, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Trainee to join its Legal Counsel Team in Madrid. As a Legal Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with the preparation of legal documents, reviewing local legislation and regulatory frameworks, and assisting with administrative and financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Legal Manager in preparing legal documents for stakeholders and suppliers
  • Assist the Customer Relations team in reviewing customer complaints
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to handle customer complaints
  • Review local legislation and regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance
  • Prepare corporate resolutions and related matters with the Notary and Commercial Registry
  • Cooperate with the Marketing team to review commercial campaign communications
  • Manage external counsels and other legal agents

Requirements

  • Currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Laws, Political Science, Business Administration, or similar
  • Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities
  • Portuguese language skills (ideally)
