About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Trainee to join our team in Madrid. As a Legal Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Legal Manager and support the preparation of legal documents for stakeholders and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Legal Manager in preparing legal documents for stakeholders and suppliers
  • Assist Customer Relations in reviewing customer complaints
  • Assist the Commercial team in handling customer complaints
  • Review local legislation and regulatory frameworks
  • Prepare corporate resolutions and related matters with the Notary and Commercial Registry
  • Cooperate with the Marketing team in reviewing commercial campaign communications
  • Handle administrative and financial department tasks, including document tracking and record-keeping
  • Learn how to manage external counsels and other legal agents
Requirements
  • Currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Laws, Political Science, Business Administration, or similar
  • Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Positive attitude and detail-oriented approach to tasks
  • Portuguese language skills (ideally)
