About the Role

Pandora is seeking a talented Legal Trainee to join our team in Madrid. As a Legal Trainee, you will assist the Legal Manager with the preparation of legal documents, review local legislation and regulatory frameworks, and cooperate with the Marketing team reviewing the communication of commercial campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Legal Manager with the preparation of legal documents for stakeholders or suppliers
  • Assist Customer Relations to review responses to customer complaints
  • Assist the Commercial team to take care of customer complaints
  • Review local legislation and regulatory frameworks
  • Prepare corporate resolutions and related matters with the Notary and Commercial Registry
  • Cooperate with the Marketing team reviewing the communication of commercial campaigns
  • Handle administrative and financial department tasks, including tracking and record of documents

Requirements

  • Currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Laws, Political Science, Business Administration, or similar
  • Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Positive attitude and detail-oriented approach to tasks
  • Portuguese language skills (ideally)
