About the Role:

Pandora is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Trainee to join our Legal Counsel Team in Madrid. As a Legal Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our business by providing timely advice on multiple areas to ensure commercial and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Legal Manager with the preparation of legal documents for stakeholders or suppliers.
  • Assist Customer Relations to review responses to customer complaints.
  • Assist the Commercial team to handle customer complaints.
  • Review local legislation and regulatory frameworks.
  • Prepare corporate resolutions and related matters with the Notary and Commercial Registry.
  • Cooperate with the Marketing team to review the communication of commercial campaigns.
  • Handle administrative and financial department tasks, including document tracking and record-keeping.
  • Learn how to manage external counsels and other legal agents.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Laws, Political Science, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Genuinely interested in our brand, people, and developing organizations.
  • Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Flexible and adaptable team player with a positive attitude and detail-oriented approach.
  • Portuguese language skills (ideally).
