Senior Paralegal Specialist

Zimmer Biomet Spain S.L.U is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paralegal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business development projects, contract management, and corporate activities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all aspects of project intake and tracking, ensuring timely and accurate responses to simultaneous requests.
- Assist in drafting correspondence, contracts, amendments, and other related documents in various areas, including distribution agreements, sales agency agreements, and consultancy agreements.
- Support the execution of agreements, letters, and documentation, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with in-house legal counsel on business development projects, including mergers and acquisitions, distribution, and co-partnership agreements.
- Review and analyze documents submitted to the legal department, cross-checking and validating information.
- Maintain accurate filing and archiving for all projects, including contracts database and Legisway uploads.
