Senior Paralegal Specialist

Zimmer Biomet Spain S.L.U is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business development projects, contract management, and corporate activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate all aspects of project intake and tracking, ensuring timely and accurate responses to simultaneous requests.
- Assist in drafting correspondence, contracts, amendments, and other related documents.
- Support the execution of agreements, letters, and documentation.
- Collaborate with in-house legal counsel on business development projects, including mergers and acquisitions, distribution agreements, and co-partnership agreements.
- Review and analyze documents submitted to the legal department, cross-checking and validating information.
- Maintain accurate filing and archiving for all projects, including contracts database and Legisway uploads.
- Strong knowledge of contract management and legal procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in contract management systems and software.
