Job Summary

DHL Exel Supply Chain (Spain), S.L.U. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our customer's supply chain as a Head of Account. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills to drive value creation across the customer's supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals to ensure effective customer partnership and service excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment to shared goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is equipped to meet evolving customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in senior management roles within logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
