Job Summary

DHL Exel Supply Chain (Spain), S.L.U. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our customer's supply chain as a Head of Account. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills to orchestrate the customer's logistics operations and drive value creation across their supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals to ensure effective customer partnership and delivery of logistics services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and optimize the customer's logistics operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their logistics needs are met.

Requirements

  • 5 years of senior management experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex logistics operations and develop strategic plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
