**Job Summary**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting and Reporting Technician with Chinese language skills to support our finance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Sorting and processing finance report packages from the local finance team, transforming data to match Chinese GAAP, and filling monthly, quarterly, and annual finance statements in the JIUQI reporting system.
- Filling required supplementary sheets relevant to monthly, quarterly, and annual finance data.
- Maintaining accurate accounting records in SAP for daily business operations.
- Assisting in the management of finance business units in local Group Companies.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual finance wording reports and analysis.
- Collaborating with third-party finance consulting firms, accounting firms, and assets evaluation institutions.
- Cooperating with auditors for internal and external audit purposes.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and Chinese, both verbal and written.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting and reporting positions, with the ability to handle multiple data and create Excel tables in Chinese and English.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of finance data transformation between IFRS and Chinese GAAP.
- Previous experience with FS reporting in the JIUQI system is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with consolidated FS and similar working experience.
- Individual SAP operation experience.
- Ability to use MS Office to create analysis and reports in Chinese.
