Customer Service Representative with Dutch Language Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Babel Profiles. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients across Europe.
Your primary language will be Dutch, and you will be required to communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat. You will also be expected to possess a strong understanding of our company's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for customers, engaging with them via phone, email, and chat to provide prompt and effective support.
- Deliver outstanding service, ensuring a top-notch customer experience with a strong emphasis on quality and satisfaction, specifically for the Dutch market.
- Manage customer interactions, efficiently registering customer data, processing orders, coordinating shipments, handling returns, and managing warranty claims using our CRM system.
- Stay informed, keeping up-to-date with our company's products to provide accurate and helpful information to our clients.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills that allow you to connect with customers clearly and effectively.
- A warm, empathetic approach with a genuine passion for helping others.
- A strong orientation towards customer satisfaction, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A good listener who excels in teamwork and enjoys working collaboratively.
- Not afraid to ask questions, and bring forward new ideas.
