About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping the HR landscape for our regional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support to our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to drive business growth and success.
  • Solve complex HR challenges and manage critical local responsibilities related to social affairs, work councils, and national unions.
  • Deploy Group HR processes locally, ensuring alignment with local legislation and cultural practices.
  • Participate in global HR projects with an international dimension, contributing to the Group's overall HR strategy.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices, particularly in social affairs, work councils, and national unions within Spain.
  • Strong capability to resolve complex HR issues and provide practical, effective solutions.
  • Experience in coaching and supporting managers in developing their teams and navigating HR challenges.
  • Proven experience in managing and negotiating employee departures.
  • Ability to localize and implement global HR processes, ensuring alignment with local laws and cultural practices.
  • Experience in participating in global HR projects, with an understanding of international HR dynamics.
