We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our Last-Mile Delivery team at Amazon. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local stores and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HubDP store owners and community leaders to foster trust and cooperation.
- Store Management: Provide lifecycle management and operational support for on-boarded stores, ensuring they meet our high standards for delivery services.
- Team Support: Collaborate with your team to manage daily operations, including monitoring performance, leading meetings, and assigning tasks.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our delivery services.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership, to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
- Travel and Flexibility: Be willing to travel to visit HubDP Stores and Delivery Stations, and adapt to non-traditional shift patterns, including weekends.
- Education: Hold a degree from a reputable institution.
- Experience: Possess relevant experience in logistics, data analysis, and communication, with a strong track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
- Language Skills: Be fluent in written and verbal Spanish and English, with advanced proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate experience in managing people, identifying problems, and building scalable processes to resolve them.
