Job Title: Account Manager - Last Mile

At Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U., we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our goal is to provide fast, accurate, and cost-effective delivery services to our customers, regardless of their location. We are seeking a dynamic and autonomous Account Manager to join our Last Mile team, responsible for recruiting and managing a pool of local stores and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with HubDP store owners and community leaders.
  • Provide lifecycle management and operational support for on-boarded stores.
  • Support the team in daily management of operations, including monitoring performance, leading meetings, and assigning job duties.
  • Drive improvements by analyzing metrics and finding root causes.
  • Develop practical solutions to complex problems without compromising quality or functionality.
  • Communicate daily metrics and manage escalations.
  • Work closely with Operations and CO teams to ensure regular communications.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Relevant experience in logistics, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English.
  • Experience working with MS Office suite in a professional environment.
  • Ability to work independently in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
