Job Title: Hub Delivery Account Manager

At Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U., we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through our last-mile delivery services. We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Account Manager to join our HubDP program team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local store owners, as well as collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business growth and improve delivery efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing environment focused on enhancing the delivery experience for our customers, particularly in rural areas of Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HubDP store owners and community leaders.
  • Provide lifecycle management and operational support for on-boarded stores.
  • Support the team in daily operations, including performance monitoring, meeting facilitation, task assignment, and ambiguity management.
  • Drive improvements by analyzing metrics and identifying root causes.
  • Find practical solutions to complex problems without compromising quality or functionality.
  • Communicate effectively with business and technical audiences.
  • Provide day-to-day support during system implementation and gather feedback.
  • Ensure supervisors have necessary tools and coordinate repairs or replacements.
  • Communicate daily metrics and manage escalations.
  • Collaborate with Operations and CO teams for regular communication.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in logistics and data analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and English.
  • Experience working with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
  • Ability to communicate with various stakeholders, including peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
  • Experience meeting deadlines, managing multiple priorities, and working independently in an ambiguous environment.
  • Relevant experience in connecting with partners and building relationships.
