Job Title: Customer Care Specialist - US English Late Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care team as a Customer Care Specialist - US English Late Shift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through personalized service and warm welcomes.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer requests, including phone calls and emails.
  • Meet the highest service and KPI standards of the department.
  • Establish and maintain relationships to build a portfolio of relevant customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Payments, Customs, Warehouse, and Shipping teams.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service within (luxury) retail or relevant customer-facing roles, especially focusing on the US market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with customer communication and e-commerce-related technology.
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Office.
  • Conscientiousness when handling customer data.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Native-level proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
