Job Title: Manager of IBERIA IT Sites

Galderma is a leading dermatology company that is committed to delivering innovative solutions to meet the needs of consumers, patients, and healthcare professionals. We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the IT activities and operations of our Iberia region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage local IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • IT Operations: Oversee the management of IT vendors and suppliers, ensuring that services are delivered as expected and that end-user support is provided efficiently.
  • Communication and Reporting: Communicate with local market management on corporate IT projects and prepare performance reports for presentation to upper management.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that IT security and compliance with corporate standards, security rules, and IT policies are maintained.
  • Finance: Follow up and control local IT budget trends and actuals, and assist in defining local IT budgets in line with corporate and market directives.
  • Training and Guidance: Guide, train, and manage management and supervisors on IT topics, and organize and implement training programs for staff in the region.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in the IT field, with significant presence in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Very thorough and broad knowledge of and experience in information technology infrastructure, tools, and applications.
  • Demonstrated project and portfolio management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship management, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
  • Experience in region ownership of IT security activities (training, awareness, policies, assessment, etc.).
