Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Industry Process Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Service department, you will be responsible for delivering world-class software solutions to our customers in various industries. With DELMIA Quintiq, our customers can tackle complex planning and scheduling challenges, leveraging a comprehensive portfolio of functionalities and optimization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Optimization Expertise: Help customers maximize the value of our Industry Process portfolio by applying the Value Engagement framework.
  2. Business Transformation: Drive customers to re-engineer their processes, leveraging DELMIA Quintiq solution Industry Processes.
  3. Solution Mastery: Master DELMIA Quintiq solution usage and value through Industry Processes.
  4. Customer Understanding: Understand how our products fulfill business needs.
  5. Deal Growth: Contribute to increasing deal size, accelerating deal signature, and securing successful go-live.
  6. Value Communication: Articulate the overall DELMIA solution platform value.
  7. Value Engagement Execution: Contribute to the execution of Value Engagement activities and deliverables, focusing on gate reviews.
  8. Value Storytelling: Articulate value based on identified KPIs and KVIs, using storylines based on the Customer Value Model and adapting them to the audience.
  9. Collaboration: Closely collaborate with the DELMIA internal ecosystem.
  10. Expertise Maintenance: Maintain best-in-class level of expertise.
  11. Customer Feedback: Capitalize on-field activities and provide feedback loops from customer use cases.
  12. Partner Enablement: Support the Solution enablement of Partners and Sales Ecosystem.
