Position Overview
Delmia, as part of DS, is seeking an experienced Industry Process Consultant to join the Service department. The successful candidate will create, deliver, and deploy world-class software solutions for customers in manufacturing and supply chain in various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Reveal and demonstrate to customers how to maximize the value of the Industry Process portfolio by applying the Value Engagement framework.
- Drive customers to address their business transformation by re-engineering their processes, leveraging DELMIA Quintiq solution Industry Processes.
- Master DELMIA Quintiq solution usage and value through Industry Processes.
- Understand how the products fulfill business needs.
- Contribute to increasing deal size, accelerating deal signature, and securing successful go-live.
- Articulate the overall DELMIA solution platform value.
- Contribute to the execution of Value Engagement activities and deliverables, focusing on gate reviews.
- Articulate value based on identified KPIs and KVIs, using storylines based on the Customer Value Model and adapting them to the audience.
- Closely collaborate with the DS internal ecosystem.
- Maintain best-in-class level of expertise.
- Capitalize on-field activities and provide feedback loops from customer use cases.
- Support the Solution enablement of their Partners and Sales Ecosystem.
