The Role

We're seeking a Vice President of Operations and Sustainability to set the strategic vision for improving both top and bottom lines through operations, product, and feature enhancements. You'll work closely with product, engineering, sales, operations, business development, and other teams to bring your vision to life.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide thought leadership to Stuart's operations team and globally as a member of the Executive team.
  2. Advocate for client satisfaction through smooth operations and BPO management.
  3. Ensure cities are performing according to their potential and the supply-demand level by developing and operationalizing strategies that help segment cities and deliver on service levels set at segment level.
What We Offer

This role can be based in Warsaw (Poland) or Barcelona (Spain). While relocation and sponsorship visa are not offered at this time, we're excited to welcome the right candidate to our team.
