About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Trainee to join our dynamic Oncology Business Unit team at Takeda. As a Marketing Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies for our Oncology products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare and execute launch plans for new projects in the Business Unit.
  • Support the creation and approval of promotional materials in coordination with marketing, medical, regulatory, and 3rd party agencies.
  • Communicate with 3rd party vendors, including creative agencies, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate regional, national, and international events and congresses to promote our Oncology products.
  • Assist in cross-functional team meetings, coordinate meeting minutes, and follow-up actions with related stakeholders.
  • Monitor and optimize Business Unit activities through designated and agreed KPIs (Vaccines OKR & Follow up WOW project).
  • Act in accordance with Corporate, Compliance, Ethical codes, and Legal standards.
  • Promote and demonstrate commitment to Takedaism philosophy and values.
  • Communicate adverse reactions to the pharmacovigilance department in a timely manner, following company procedures.
Requirements
  • University Degree
  • Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory)
  • Master degree related to the pharmaceutical industry (desirable)
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a role with similar complexity (desirable)
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is valued
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable thirst for knowledge with an ability to assimilate information quickly
  • Experience working in a matrix management environment is valued
