About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Trainee to join our Oncology Business Unit. As a Marketing Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in the preparation and execution of launch projects, promotional materials creation, and coordination with 3rd party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare and execute launch projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Support the creation and approval of promotional materials, working closely with marketing, medical, regulatory, and 3rd party agencies.
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing team and 3rd party vendors, including creative agencies.
  • Coordinate regional, national, and international events and congresses, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Assist in cross-functional team meetings, coordinate meeting minutes, and follow-up actions with related stakeholders.
  • Monitor and optimize Business Unit activities through designated and agreed KPIs (Vaccines OKR & Follow-up WOW project).
  • Act in accordance with Corporate, Compliance, Ethical codes, and Legal standards.
  • Promote, encourage, and demonstrate commitment to Takedaism philosophy and values.
  • Communicate adverse reactions to the pharmacovigilance department, following company's internal procedures.

Requirements

  • University Degree
  • Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory)
  • Master degree related with pharmaceutical industry (Desirable)
  • Minimum experience 1 years working experience in role with similar complexity (Desirable)
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry is valued
  • Communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable thirst for knowledge with an ability to assimilate information quickly.
  • Experience of working in a matrix management environment is valued
  • Passionate and self-confident
  • IT skills in particularly competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
