About the Role

Broadcom Inc. is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team at our Barcelona Office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, initiating sales opportunities, and nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers/channel for the German Market.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and pain points.
  • Present product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of Broadcom's solutions to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing initiatives and events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
