About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Governance Management Specialist to join our global IT Team Enterprise Processes at Boehringer Ingelheim España, S.A.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support the functional client/server application based on Sailpoint Identity Governance & Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Develop new capabilities and interfaces to enhance our global IT system landscape.
  • Participate in global projects and contribute to the improvement of our services.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our services and processes.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable professional experience.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with good communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
  • In-depth expertise in Identity Governance, particularly Sailpoint.
  • Proficiency in Java, Scripting, and development technologies.
  • Experience in DevOps and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • International exposure in daily tasks and experience in leading projects or working with external partners.
  • Fluent English language skills.
Nice to Have
  • Pharma industry knowledge and experience.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience in Service Management Tools like ServiceNow.
  • Experience working in a virtual, international, and multicultural environment.
