About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Security and Privacy Governance: Support the preparation and execution of Product Security and Privacy governance bodies, managing agendas, developing schedules, and materials, and ensuring the delivery of tasks by stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management and Internal Communication: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with other functions and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of team initiatives with overall company goals.
  • Training and Awareness: Support the creation and management of Product Security and Privacy training materials, coordinate with stakeholders, and monitor completion.
  • Team Engagement: Develop and implement engagement programs and activities to promote teamwork, morale, and motivation within the team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (project management consultant, project coordinator, business analyst, or related roles)
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to see the bigger picture, analyze metrics, and provide insights and recommendations
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, self-driven, motivated, effective thinking, with the ability to decide on your own
