About the Team:The Global Customer Support team is responsible for providing technical services to our customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction. We are a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation, excellence, and customer-centricity.
Your Key Responsibilities:- You will support the Service Launch Manager in daily activities, such as gathering input from stakeholders, maintaining and improving internal Service Launch/Phaseout information, and participating in global cross-functional Service Launch meetings.
- You will support the Project Management Officer in daily activities, such as establishing and enforcing project management standards, ensuring adherence to methodologies, tracking project performance, and promoting best practices.
- You will collaborate with a matrix of diverse stakeholders from Customer Service & Support and Product Management across the globe.
- You will nurture trustful relationships and effective collaboration with internal partners.
- You may also support the Service Data Analysis by doing some data analysis, developing dashboards, and designing new reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategies to tangible outcomes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience or academic knowledge in project management (PRINCE, PMP, PSM, SAFe...) is a plus.
- University background in Business Economics, Life Science, or Business Informatics/Information Technology.
- Recent graduate experience (no more than 3 years).
