We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team at Ambit, a multinational pharmaceutical company. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the company's business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to governance processes by providing strategic direction on the integration of innovative technologies within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Develop project portfolios and solution roadmaps ensuring alignment with business requirements, technology trends, and industry standards.
  • Act as a scout for innovation and run Proof of Concepts (PoCs) including preparing detailed cost-benefit analyses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow administration, development, and solution design/implementation.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow Solution Architecture.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundations certification or equivalent knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
