**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Data Governance Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP, specifically in Master Data Governance (MDG), and will be responsible for defining and implementing effective methodologies, leading service teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **SAP Master Data Governance Leadership**: Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of Master Data Governance processes within the SAP MDG framework.
- **Functional and Technical Leadership**: Serve as a functional leader with a strong technical understanding of SAP MDG, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate master data solutions across different SAP Data Domains (Materials, Suppliers, Products, etc.).
- **Methodology Development and Implementation**: Define and implement effective methodologies for master data management, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize master data processes.
- **Service Leadership**: Act as a leader of the service team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members, and foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture within the team.
- **Project Delivery**: Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met, and collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
- **ERP Migration Experience**: Leverage expertise in migrating solutions from legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4, and provide insights and recommendations for successful data migration projects.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification in SAP MDG is a plus.
- Proven experience in SAP MDG with a focus on master data domains (Materials, Suppliers, Products, etc.).
- High Level of English.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in defining and implementing master data management methodologies.
- Familiarity with SAP Syniti and hands-on experience in ERP migration projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
