**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Growth Strategist to join our dynamic revenue marketing organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue impact through marketing in B2B enterprise software.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contribute to the development of marketing plans for ERP and Supply Chain groups, focusing on demand generation and across several geographies.
  • Monitor the implementation of marketing plans, trade shows, and events, and provide recommendations on program efficiency and performance.
  • Update marketing plans in tracking documents and report progress and results to stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog articles, press releases, ebooks, and other customer-facing content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and pipeline contribution.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience driving revenue impact through marketing in B2B enterprise software.
  • Complete understanding of B2B inbound marketing best practices and proven digital marketing skills (SEM, online ads, social media, webinars).
  • Experience with content creation (copywriting and copyediting) and marketing automation (Marketo experience a plus).
  • Experience with CRM and account-based marketing tactics.
  • Results-oriented, creative, and collaborative, with strong attention to detail and ability to adapt and multi-task.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to be part of a rapidly growing and evolving tech company.
  • Bilingual English and German or Dutch, with willingness to travel internationally.
