**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and propose approaches for analysis activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Plan and execute analysis tasks, including feasibility studies, business case development, and solution implementation.
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior requirements analysts, ensuring the cohesion and coherence of the requirements package.
- Perform requirements elicitation, gathering, and specification, identifying clear and qualified requirements from unstructured information.
- Organize, trace, prioritize, and model requirements, drafting IT software requirements and verifying and validating requirement packages with stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date requirements and system documentation, promoting requirements reuse and assessing requests for change.
- Assess IT systems and solution limitations, recommending actions to increase solution value and participating in internal workshops to analyze and propose process improvements.
- Design and produce high-quality presentations, project documentation, and reports in English, conducting and supporting user acceptance tests and developing business test scenarios.
- Communicate the impact of changes to stakeholders and support the office's teams in charge of other areas, contributing to defining quality standards in functional documentation.
