Senior Requirements Analyst

Arηs is a leading provider of IT project management and system development services. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Requirements Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and propose analysis approaches
  • Plan analysis activities
  • Establish technology's contribution to business objectives
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior analysts
  • Ensure requirements package cohesion and coherence
  • Perform requirements elicitation and gathering
  • Organize, trace, prioritize, specify, and model requirements
  • Verify and validate requirement packages
  • Maintain up-to-date requirements and system documentation
  • Promote requirements reuse
  • Assess Requests for Change (RfC)
  • Assess IT systems and solution limitations
  • Participate in internal workshops and European networks
  • Design and produce high-quality presentations and project documentation
  • Conduct and support User Acceptance Tests (UATs)
  • Develop Business Test Scenarios
  • Provide training and support roll-out
  • Communicate change impact to stakeholders
  • Support other teams and contribute to defining quality standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of IT experience, 4 years in requirements analysis
  • Proven experience in IT system analysis and requirements drafting
  • Experience in requirements analysis and Business Process Modelling (BPM)
  • Practical experience in requirements management tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to propose solutions aligned with company strategies
  • Fast learner, able to take up analysis tasks quickly
  • Responsible, self-organized, and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, interaction, and team worker skills
  • Capable of working in an international/multicultural environment
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools and requirements gathering standards
