Job Description

Senior Requirements Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Requirements Analyst to join our team at Arηs. As a key member of our Business Analysis service, you will be responsible for developing and proposing the approach for analysis activities, planning analysis activities, and establishing the contribution that technology can make to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and propose the approach for analysis activities
  • Plan analysis activities
  • Establish the contribution that technology can make to business objectives
  • Provide supervision/guidance to Junior Requirements Analysts
  • Ensure the cohesion and coherence of the Requirements Package
  • Perform requirements elicitation/gathering
  • Organize, trace, prioritize, specify, and model requirements
  • Draft IT software requirements
  • Verify and validate requirement packages
  • Maintain up-to-date requirements and system documentation
  • Promote requirements reuse
  • Assess Requests for Change
  • Assess IT systems and solution limitations
  • Participate in internal workshops and/or European networks
  • Design and produce high-quality presentations and project documentation
  • Conduct and support User Acceptance Tests
  • Develop Business Test Scenarios
  • Provide training to support roll-out
  • Communicate the impact of changes to stakeholders
  • Support the Office's teams in charge of other areas/activities/tasks
  • Contribute to defining quality standards in functional documentation
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate the Business Analysis service and reporting activities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of full-time professional experience in IT activities
  • Proven experience as an analyst of IT systems
  • Experience in requirements analysis and Business Process Modelling
  • Practical experience in the use of requirements management tools
  • Strong analytical thinking; problem-solving and critical mindset
  • Ability to propose solutions aligned with the Office's strategies
  • Fast learner, able to take up analysis tasks quickly in a new domain
  • Responsible, self-organised, able to work to tight deadlines proactively in a team
  • Communication skills: excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Interaction skills: good facilitation skills, able to lead and influence
  • Team worker, willing to share knowledge as well as to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Capable of working in an international/multicultural environment
  • Able to moderate discussions and negotiate effectively to resolve differences
  • Customer focused
  • Knowledge and effective use of modelling tools, requirements management tools and other productivity tools
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work efficiently and to maintain the quality of the analysis service under pressure
  • Knowledge of requirements gathering standards and methodologies
  • University degree in the IT field
  • Excellent command of written and oral English (C1)
