Arηs is a leading provider of IT project management and system development services. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Requirements Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and propose analysis approaches for IT projects.
- Plan and conduct analysis activities to ensure accurate and complete requirements.
- Establish the contribution of technology to business objectives and develop strategies for implementation.
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior analysts.
- Ensure the cohesion and coherence of requirements packages.
- Perform requirements elicitation, gathering, and specification.
- Verify and validate requirements with stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date requirements and system documentation.
- Promote requirements reuse and assess requests for change.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT activities, with 4 years in requirements analysis.
- Proven experience in analyzing and drafting clear and implementable requirements.
- Experience in requirements analysis and business process modeling.
- Practical experience in using requirements management tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical mindset.
- Ability to propose solutions aligned with company strategies.
- Fast learner, able to take up analysis tasks quickly in a new domain.
- Responsible, self-organized, and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interaction, and team working skills.
- Ability to work in an international/multicultural environment.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools and requirements gathering standards.
